29 CFR 1910.107(d)(12): Freshly sprayed articles were dried in spaces that were not provided with adequate ventilation to prevent the formation of explosive vapors. When adequate and reliable ventilation was not provided such drying spaces were considered a spraying area, for the purposes of this standard. PAINT SPRAY BOOTH: On or about November 4, 2013, freshly sprayed articles were moved out of the paint spray booth to dry. Parts of washers and dryers that had been painted were hanging on multiple racks outside the spray booth. A live wall-mounted receptacle was located in close proximity to the racks of freshly sprayed pieces.
