29 CFR 1910.268(j)(3): Vehicle mounted elevating and rotating work platform(s) were operated with conductive parts in closer proximity to energized power lines than clearance distances set forth in Table R-2 of this section: a) 121 Cider Mill Road, Flemington, NJ 08822. The employee was working on and from a non-insulated truck mounted aerial lift in close proximity to energized overhead power lines closer than clearances set forth in table R-2 of this section. Incident occured on or about 10/17/13. On or about 10/17/13 the employee used bucket of truck mounted aerial lift to raise telecommunication cable when he came into contact with overhead energized power lines.
