29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(i): Electric equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted: At the maintenance floor area of of the wave generator machine area, an electrical junction box was loose and beginning to separate from the wall upon which it was mounted. The junction box was cracked on the bottom side of the box.
