29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): All sprocket wheels and chains were not enclosed unless they were more than seven (7) feet above the floor or platform. Where the drive extends over other machine or working areas, protection against falling were not provided: a) On or about June 24, 2013, and at times prior thereto, the pinch point at the drive roller on the West side of the DA edger was unguarded. b) On or about June 24, 2013, and at times prior thereto, pinch points right of the DA edger operator station were unguarded. c) On or about June 24, 2013, and at times prior thereto, pinch points on the north side of the auto edger out feed belt were unguarded.
