29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): All cross braces were not of such length so as to automatically square and align vertical members such that the erected scaffold was always plumb, level, and square: On or about April 26, 2013, at 1352 Arlene Valley Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia: An employee performing stone work on the face of a house was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14.3-feet when the tubular welded frame scaffold was not braced so that it was plumb and level.
