29 CFR 1910.1027(j)(2): The employer did not assure that change rooms were equipped with separate storage facilities for street clothes and for protective clothing and equipment, which were designed to prevent dispersion of cadmium and contamination of the employee's street clothes: (a) AECOM - The employer did not assure that employees exposed to cadmium were provided with separate storage facilities for street clothes and their protective clothing and equipment. An abrasive blast employee was overexposed to cadmium at a rate of 13.1ug/M3, on or about March 7, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
