29 CFR 1926.405(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: (a) 1800 Warnock Street, Electrical service panel box - On or about 2/26/2013, employees performing electrical work at the site were exposed to electrical hazards from an electrical service panel that was installed outdoors in the weather, not protected from water or moisture intrusion and was not rated or listed for use in damp or wet locations. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
