29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: On or about February 6, 2013, at the worksite located at 86 Tournay Circle, Little Rock, Arkansas, supported scaffold at the north end of the home being built, guardrails were not provided on the open ends of the 2nd level work platform, and employees were not protected from falling through the approximately 32" opening between the cantilevered platform and upper 2nd level platform. These conditions exposed employees to an approximately 12 ft. fall from elevation.
