29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable. (a) Kill Plant - On or about September 18, 2012 the floor of the air compressor room had standing water due to the location of the blow off valve dumping water onto the floor creating a slip, trip and fall hazard for the maintenance employees.
