29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: (a) Maintenance Department-Employees are exposed to fire hazard due to electrical outlets, extension cords, and lights in the aerosoling area were not approved for the location on or about October 10, 2012. (b) Concrete room-Employees are exposed to fire hazard due to the lights were not approved for the location on or about August 30, 2012. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
