29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Employees working in the screen room were exposed to injury from hazardous chemicals. The employer had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program describing container labeling, material safety data sheets, and information and training. Hazardous chemicals included but were not limited to IMS602 Stencil Remover Concentrate, Rutland Screen Printing Plastisol, and IMS903 Purecoat Ultimate SBQ Emulsion.
