29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Worksite North side of building - An employee was working on a steep pitch metal roof, approximately 5-12, without fall protection. The employee was on the peak of the roof, approximately 26 feet above the ground; on or about 06/29/12. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
