29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machines designed for a fixed location shall be securely anchored to prevent walking or moving. a. On or about 6/12/12, at the carpentry shop, Bradford Marine, Inc. An employee was exposed to a struck by hazard while working with a planner (Model 60, Serial # 8061396) that was not anchored. b. On or about 6/12/12, at the carpentry shop, Bradford Marine, Inc. An employee was exposed to a struck by hazard while working with a drill press (Rockwell, Serial # 15655) that was not anchored. c. On or about 7/5/12, at the welding shop, Bradford Marine, Inc. An employee was exposed to a struck by hazard while working with a drill press (Rockwell Delta, Serial # 1555359) that was not anchored.
