29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: (a) Zimmerman Manufacturing, LLC, 125 King Court, New Holland, PA - Employees walked by and were within one (1) foot of a 110-volt junction box with live wires which were not protected by an enclosure, exposing the employees to an electrical shock hazard, on or about May 31, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
