This paragraph requires the employer to provide for the cleaning and disinfecting, storage, inspection, and repair of respirators used by employees. a. On or about May 10, 2012, in the painting area, the employer did not ensure the respirators used where cleaned and stored properly, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with dirty and/or contaminated respirators.
