29 CFR 1910.217(d)(6)(i): Tonnage and stroke requirements were neither stamped on die(s) nor recorded on records readily available to the die setter: On or about April 10, 2012 and at times thereto employees were using dies in a Rousselle #2, S/N 863 OBI mechanical power press with a full revolution clutch that were not stamped with their tonnage and stroke requirements nor were there records indicating such available to the die setters. This created the hazard of dies exploding or flying from between the platens and striking the operators.
