Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: a. In the Main building, food warehouse in "Isla Caja de Muerto". Receives serious injuries due to six batteries in series to storage electricity that were in bad condition in the food storage room. These bateries were in the floor beside eastern wall. Among others methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to buy new batteries and locate them out of the food storage. a. En el edificio principal, almacen de alimento en la isla Caja De Muerto. Recibir serias debido a seis baterias en serie para almacenar electricidad que estaban en malas condiciones en el almacen de comidas. Estas baterias estan en el piso hacia la pared este. Entre otros metodos ,un metodo aceptable y posible para corregir este riesgo es comprar nuevas baterias y localizarlas en otro lugar fuera del almacen de los alimentos.
