Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: Employees were transported in and out of trenches in bucket of trackhoe: (a) Roosevelt State Park Construction Site - During the period of March through May 2000, employees were transported in and out of trenches and excavations in the bucket of a track hoe. Among other methods, one acceptable means of abatement is to provide a ladder for employees to use to enter and exit trenches and excavations.
