29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Workplace - Employees performing servicing and maintenance functions on equipment and machines, such as, but not limited to the 16 cylinder 200 Ton Refrigeration Compressors, Glycol Pumps, Cooling Tower Evaporator Condenser and the wood shop table saw were not provided with documented procedures to control hazardous energy; on or about 03/27/12
