29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. a. As of March 14, 2012 or before, on the West side of the facility in the roll storage area, between the main personnel door and the roll up door, there were unused openings in the underside of the electrical panel box, exposing employees to a contact hazard b. As of March 14, 2012 or before, on the North side of the facility in the roll storage area, located next to the rail door #3, there were unused openings in the underside of the electrical switch box, thereby exposing employees to a contact hazard. c. As of March 14, 2012 or before, on the South side of the facility, next to the personnel door behind the C-flute medium splicer under rodent station #9, there were unused openings in the underside of the electrical panel box, thereby exposing employees to a contact hazard.
