29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(i)(B): Goggles or other suitable eye protection, with suitable filter lenses, were not used during all gas welding or oxygen cutting operations: a.) Frame Shop, Welding Bay: Employee using oxygen/acetylene cutting torch, was wearing eyeglasses without eye protective filter lenses that have an appropriate shade number. Thereby, employees eyes were exposed to injurious light radiation. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
