29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: (a) West, south and east side of building - On or about March 11, 2026, the employer had employees working from the welded tubular framed scaffolding that had no bottom railing and no railing on the open ends exposing employees to fall hazards.
