At the work site located at 2401 Southwest Parkway St. Joseph Missouri: Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. Employees in the blasting booth, the powder booth, and the spray tent were required to use supplied air and N95s daily. The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program for the Southwest Parkway worksite.
