29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(ii)(A): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15, 20 and 30-ampere receptacle outlets that are not part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and that are in use by personnel did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. a) 1201 Terminal Ave., Newport News, Virginia 23607 (Bay A-COW Shed CS-11): On or about May 20, 2025, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when the employer allowed a temporary electric shed (CS-11) to be utilized without ground fault circuit interruption protection.
