29 CFR 1910.217(d)(9)(i): The employer did not establish a die setting procedure for mechanical power press(es) that would ensure compliance with 29 CFR 1910.217(b)(c)(a). a) On or about April 24. 2025, in the power press department, employees were changing dies in the Bliss C60 100 Ton mechanical power press machines, and the employer failed to to establish a die setting procedure for employees, thereby exposing employees to amputation hazards.
