29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) a) 4807 Long Beach Blvd., Beach Haven, NJ: Workers were not utilizing fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards up to 20 feet to the ground surface below when performing framing installation and other related activities while not utilizing fall protection at the worksite. Workers were not trained in the safety hazards related to falls. Condition noted on or about 04/24/2025. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
