29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a) On or about 04/03/2025, in front of the Dryer Alley, the cover of the dryer control panel (480V) had a damaged corner, exposing energized components. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards. b) On or about 04/03/2025, in the Boiler Room, the junction box by the chemical drums did not have a cover, exposing energized components. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
