29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion, or pest harborage: a) 20791 Storage Ln., Bridgeville, DE 19933 (outside): On or about April 8, 2025, CSHO's observed storage areas that had accumulation of wooden pallets and other combustible materials. The accumulation of wooden pallets were not stored in an orderly fashion exposing employees to trip and fall/struck by hazards and creating areas for pest harborage. b) 20791 Storage Ln., Bridgeville, DE 19933 (outside dock area front): On or about April 8, 2025, CSHO's observed the front dock area had accumulation of wooden pallets and other combustible materials. The accumulation of wooden pallets were not stored in an orderly fashion exposing employees to trip and fall/struck by hazards and creating areas for pest harborage. c) 20791 Storage Ln., Bridgeville, DE 19933 (outside dock area rear): On or about April 8, 2025, CSHO's observed the rear dock area had accumulation of wooden pallets and other combustible materials.
