29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) At the roofs of Building 2922 at the site, located at Royal Tuscan Lane, Valrico, FL 33594, on or about 3/25/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees used extention ladders that only extended approximately 2 ft over the leading edge to access the roof.
