29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi): Employees performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold were not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold (except at the side next to the wall being laid) by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system: At the jobsite located at 9701 W. 53rd St. N., Maize, KS 67101, employees engaged in masonry activities on the tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to fall hazards of 13 feet 1 inch in that the scaffold was missing guardrails at each end sections with the gap of 28 inches opening.
