29 CFR 1926.451(e)(6)(i): Integral prefabricated scaffold access frames were not specifically designed or constructed for use as ladder rungs: On or about January 16, 2025, at the previously addressed job site, 2 employees were using scaffolds ladders where the ladder section of the scaffold was constructed on opposing sides so as employees could not directly ascend or descend the scaffold. The scaffold rungs were the only visible means of ascending the scaffold seen in the work area.
