29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a.) At the worksite, located at 3543 NE Tenth Pl Cape Coral, FL 33909- BLDG 2 Front side; On or about 12/17/24; the employer exposed employee to fall hazards of approximately 13ft and 20ft , in that, a supported scaffold that was bridged on each level platform to a separate scaffolding platform was used without a full guardrail system in order to conduct stucco work operations on a newly built residential apartment building. b.) At the worksite, located at 3543 NE Tenth Pl Cape Coral, FL 33909- BLDG 2 Back side side; On or about 12/17/24; the employer exposed employee to fall hazards of approximately 21ft, in that, a supported scaffold that was bridged on each level platform to a separate scaffolding platform was used without a full guardrail system in order to conduct stucco work operations on a newly built residential apartment building.
