At the worksite, located at 3312 19th St SW Lehigh Acres, FL 33976; On or about 12/10/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting roofing operations on a newly built residential home approximately 12 ft while applying white roof tape and installing soffits for the facia on the roof without a fall protection system in place.
