29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: On or about November 14, 2024, an employee was servicing the Trim Saw on Line 2, and the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in servicing and maintenance tasks were trained as a lockout authorized employee to safely de-energize machine or equipment prior to starting work.
