29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): 29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill, the employer shall retrain the affected employee. (a) On or about October 16, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees exposed to potential fall hazards had been properly trained to recognize and minimize the fall hazards associated with their work. This is to include proper installation of anchor points, the proper selection of fall protection equipment and the proper use of the fall protection equipment. Professional Builders WI Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401641, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on October 25, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8820 N Spruce Rd, River Hills, WI 53217.
