29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: On or about October 15, 2024, it was documented that employees performing material handling activities in the yard at Rail Modal Group located at 549 East County Road T, Freemont, Nebraska were exposed to fall hazards in that the Taylor, model TECDS-150H, serial number S-K7-22720 had structural damage along the entrance stairway to the truck where the stair guardrail parts were separating at the junctures either in whole or in part.
