29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below: On or about September 25, 2024, on the east side of the construction site located at 4465 Griffin Rd, Davie, Florida 33314, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while working in the proximity of a tubular welded frame scaffold that lacked toeboards.
