29 CFR 1910.1053(f)(2)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) Production: On or about October 25, 2024 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that an exposure control plan that included a description of the tasks in the workplace that involved exposure to silica, a description of the engineering controls, work practices, respiratory protection and housekeeping rules, was not developed and implemented while polishers, fabricators and CNC machine operators were tasked with cutting and polishing stone countertops.
