29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take: Jobsite: 2250 E Cambria St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 - On or about August 17, 2024, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while erecting a scaffold approximately 6 inches from a 13.2kv overhead power line with no warning signs or protective measures to prevent contact.
