29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) On or about July 31, 2024, and at times prior there to, an employee working in the punch/shear department was using a Stamtec G2-250 two-point gap frame press with a hole in the guard on the outward side of the machine creating a danger zone during operating cycles.
