29 CFR 1910.263(g)(1): Mechanical feed moulders were not provided with hoppers so designed and connected to the proofer as to prevent employee's hands get into the in-running rolls: On or about June 30, 2024, at 19 South Pointe Drive, Dania Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to amputation hazards while processing noodles' dough with a knead dough and production machine with a hooper that was not designed to prevent contact with moving parts.
