29 CFR 1910.269(j)(2)(iii): Live-line tools used for primary employee protection were not removed from service every 2 years, and whenever required under paragraph (j)(2)(ii) of this section, for examination, cleaning, repair, and testing: (a) On or about 6/19/2024 -PGP gas distribution field Coaling, AL, the employer exposed employees to electrocution hazards when deenergizing and reenergizing distribution lines, in that, employees had access to live line tools that were not removed from service every two years.
