29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). a)Comanche Stainless LLC dba Diamond Brite Metals /333 Cedar Ave/Middlesex, NJ 08846 - Shop - Training and Evaluation was not done for all employees operating Forklift Trucks. Training to include, but not limited to: -Truck safety related topics and workplace related topics to include Company employees assisting in forklift operations and standing nearby and use of attachments. -Evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace, to include seatbelt use. Condition noted on or about 6/11/2024.
