29 CFR 1910.178(g)(11): Precautions were not taken to prevent open flames, sparks, or electric arcs in battery charging area: On or about June 6, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in the facility's electric powered industrial truck battery charging area; employee(s) utilized a forklift charging station with a damaged charging cable assembly while connecting and disconnecting powered industrial trucks from the battery charging station.
