29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) On or about May 16, 2024, and dates prior at #1 Furnace line: Sprocket and chain drive assemblies near the Shear and weld station, used to adjust strip tension were not adequately guarded, exposing employees to a caught-in, crushing and amputation hazard.
