1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B) Each affected employee shall be instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. 29 CFR 1910.147 (c)(7)(i)(B): Lockout devices and tagout devices did not indicate the identity of the employee applying the device(s): At the worksite located at 832 E. 3rd Street, Milan, Missouri: On or around May 13, 2024, employees were exposed to energy hazards. A lock used on compressor 4 in the engine room did not identify the name of the employee that applied the lock out device or the date applied.
