29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. (a) On or about April 23, 2024, at a jobsite located at 1525-1527 Lookout Court, in Hartland, Wisconsin, the employer did not ensure that all employees installing decking were trained to recognize hazards associated with working from heights greater than six feet (~10.3 feet), therefor exposing employees to fall hazards.
