29 CFR 1910.212(a)(4): Barrels, containers, and drums. Revolving drums, barrels, and containers shall be guarded by an enclosure which is interlocked with the drive mechanism, so that the barrel, drum, or container cannot revolve unless the guard enclosure is in place. On or about April 19, 2024, at an establishment located at N4056 Vine Road, in Freedom, Wisconsin, in Freedom 2 Line 11, the Almac Molder did not have a guard to protect employees in the machine area between the moulder die and plastic bar exposing employees to caught in and caught between hazards.
