29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location between the person and longest conductive object he or she may contact, cannot be within 10 feet of any unguarded, energized overhead line: a) Worksite: 15 Salem Way, Glen Head, NY 11545 - Employee was removing branches while working in a tree directly next to energized overhead power lines. The employee was electrocuted when he came in contact with 7620 volts; on or about 04/19/24. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19
