29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) At Magic Tilt Trailers, Inc., located at 2161 Lions Club Road, Clearwater, FL, at or near aluminum welding and final assembly: On or about April 17, 2024, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards in that the breaker switches in an electrical service panel were not marked to indicate the equipment they powered.
